I was first introduced to Joanna in 2012 when purchasing my first home. My realtor at the time may have very well been the first Uber drive because she only drove me around to show different homes and was not much involved with understanding what I wanted in a home. Good things come to those who wait; when I walk into my dream home (at the time), this is where I met the rare and elusive “Perfect Realtor” Joanna. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and had an in-depth understanding of the house and the builder's intent with the design. After a few days, she was placing a SOLD sign out front. Unfortunately, I would only live there for six months due to the demands of my job (US Army) and decided to rent my house with the hopes of returning in a couple of years, which became 7-8 years. Joanna managed my home VERY well, and she kept me abreast of all things to include HOA and city rule changes. Ninetynine percent of the time, if there was an issue with the tenant, it was handled without my involvement. When it came time to sell, she elaborated and provided information on the pros and cons as they pertained to the current market and was there for me every step of the way. When I say ‘every step of the way,” I was not in GA for any part of the renting, marketing or selling. She handled “EVERYTHING,” with a POA, of course.
