The reason I hired a realtor was simply because I lacked the knowledges to feel confortable with selling my home on my own and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the team that I chose! I experienced a few set backs with my buyers that had me a little worried at times but if I ever had any questions on how things were coming a long I could get ahold of any one of the realtors and they were right on top of it. However my favorite part is as how much Jo was willing to consistently work with me outside of business hours as I work long days and had very limited time to do my part during those hours. I would recommend them to anyone!
