One of the biggest stresses of my life was apparent when imagining the journey to buy my first home. Always willing and ready to answer any questions or concerns we had throughout the entire process made buying our first home together a breeze, and a lot more enjoyable than stressful. She immediately showed her obvious experience with customer service and an unmatched pride in her work, by truly listening to what we were looking for in a home, and gave us multiple options to choose from. She was very flexible with times to go look at houses we wanted to see, and always showed up with such a glowing positive attitude, that it was immediately infectious to make my wife and I even more exited about making this a reality. I've worked in customer service involved jobs throughout my life, and can honestly say that Miss Galvan has a genuine and truly impressive loyalty to her clients. The only thing disappointing about this review is that I can only give her 5 stars. If you are looking for a realtor to not only do the job effectively and efficiently, but one that makes the journey to find a new home enjoyable, then Joanna is definitely someone you want in your corner.
