During our first meeting she spoke with us about our wants/needs & desired location, and referred us to a lender (who was amazing). Since we were FHA approved buyers she was sure to only show us homes that met their guidelines. Once we found the house that felt like home she was also able to refer us to an incredible home inspector too. The first offer we put in went through, and we closed a week earlier than expected! All around a very good experience. Now we are happy homeowners!
