Family is the most important thing to me. Joanna not only did her absolute best and beyond, but she never failed to make my family and I feel like, well, family. She is great at communicating every detail and is extremely patient and professional especially when I had a million of the same questions; happily responding and explaining with excellent detail the response or process to my questions which is very important when purchasing a home. She was always on top of her game when it came to signatures, finding new homes, and scheduling appointments. She will go above and beyond making it as hassle free as she possibly can. Home buying can be a pain, but with Joanna’s help my family and I enjoyed every part of it. I would highly recommend Joanna; she is the greatest person to work with.
