She would be available for anytime I asked for to see the houses I wanted to see. I'd started seeing houses since 2017 but until July 2018 that I got the house. There was a break between that I took sometimes off not seeing the house for personal issue, as for other agents, they wouldn't want to help me out thinking that I wasn't serious in buying a house, or taking too much of their times, but Joanna is the best, she's willing to help me anytime. It's also a plus with her knowledge about the house market, loan process that she can explain to you very clearly till you get it. She doesnt mind at all to go extra miles to get all the benefits for you as your agent. Joanna is also very good in tiny details, that she gave me the patio sets just because my husband said he liked that patio sets one time when we checked out one house.
