Joanna helped to sell my Mom's condo in a hurry. She was able to quickly coordinate badly needed spruce ups and light renovations to get the unit market ready including paint, floor coverings, appliances, upgraded light fixtures and cleaning. She has trade contacts that can work quickly and for reasonable prices. The condo ended up selling for over asking after 3 weeks of renovation and within 48 hours of hitting the market.
