Jo Ann is excellent!!

Jo Ann is an awesome agent. We’re so glad to work with her. She is very helpful with good advice and conscientious to get things done. She was quick to respond to our questions, and we had a lot of them. Buying an unimproved lot is different from buying a house, and Jo Ann was detailed and thorough making sure we understood what we were doing. Her experience with this process far exceeds other real estate agents we have dealt with. She made us feel like we were the only people she was working with even though we knew she had many other deals going on. We highly recommend Jo Ann.
