Joann was the listing agent of the home we purchased. That said, Joann went above and beyond in not only working with us via our agent to help us close in 30 days, she also helped us with several items that required follow up after closing!! She stopped by after closing to welcome us and to offer any assistance needed. We were waiting for our furniture to be shipped from Maryland so she and her husband even gave us a few items to use in the interim. We have since stayed in touch well beyond the scope of a real estate transaction!! If working with someone who sees you as more than a transaction is important to you, I highly recommend Joann!!
