Can't say enough good things about Brent and JoAnn. They helped us get our old home ready for sale (painting, tile work) and sold it on one day. Not only did it sell above asking but above what I thought was possible given the age of the house (25 years). Closing was smooth and on-time, no hitches. I wish I could say the same for the builder of our new home. Communication between the builder, the builder's title company and the mortgage company was not good. When others were ready to give up and push the closing date, Brent jumped in. Even though it wasn't his "responsibility", he got everyone talking, paperwork moving and we were able to close on time! Brent was on the phone with all 3 parties right up until we were supposed to be at the table. Brent is detail oriented, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any question. Can't thank him enough for the work that he did.
