WORKED MAGIC FOR ME!

My life had changed, and I reached out to JoAnn to find me and my son, our new forever home. She was so patient with us as we navigated the market in both NJ and PA. We found our perfect space, and everything seemed so smooth to close. Until one day prior to closing, issues on the sellers side fell through last minute. I was in a mixed state of shock and disappointment, feeling defeated. It clearly looked as if it would not happen.
