I truly can’t say enough regarding my positive experience with my realtor, JoAnn Rakowski. Every time I was interested in viewing a home, she fit it into her schedule immediately. Any time I had a question about a home she responded immediately with an answer. When I finally decided to purchase a home, she walked hand-in-hand with me every step of the way, coaching, guiding, calling contractors, communicating with the lender, following up within the inspector, etc. You name it and she did it, all with patience, kindness and positivity. It would’ve been an extremely overwhelming process for me without the constant guidance of JoAnn, a very experienced and knowledgeable realtor. I give her my highest praise and strongest recommendation!
