Joann Maxwell from Howard Hanna Rand Realty is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She was great at giving us the right advise and list of things needed to get takers and spike interest in our house. She also kept us apprised about showing appointments, which was a great convenience. She was honest and forthright- no games. In a matter of a couple of weeks our home was in contract. Unfortunately, that fell through. Although, Joann reassured my husband and I, that sometimes hiccups happen and in a week of putting our home back on the market we accepted another offer. Joann definitely has a passion for what she does and you can tell that she loves her job and the services she provides. We highly recommend her. After dealing with a previous broker in the Orange County, NY area and being disappointed, we felt lucky to find Joann Maxwell - THANK YOU
