She was great at giving us the right advise and list of things needed to get takers and spike interest in our house. She also kept us apprised about showing appointments, which was a great convenience. She was honest and forthright- no games. In a matter of a couple of weeks our home was in contract. Unfortunately, that fell through. Although, Joann reassured my husband and I, that sometimes hiccups happen and in a week of putting our home back on the market we accepted another offer.
