Joann Lacher was a phenomenal realtor to work with. She was consistently available for questions, patient when I needed time and always had my best interests in mind when she was negotiating with sellers. If I had family that was looking to buy a house in the area, she is 100% who I would send them to for any home buying or selling needs.

I explained to Joann we needed to sell my moms home quickly to pay for her medical bills. The house was emptied quickly. I then called Joann and said we are ready for you to take over. Joann took care of everything, including but not limited to, hiring cleaning personnel, donating furniture left behind, carpets and carpet cleaning, staging, and our numerous questions as we went through this process.
