In Appreciation.
This was the second time Jo Ann has successfully handled real estate transactions for us. The recent sale of the Warbler house had a setback earlier due to unexpected loss of employment of one of the buyers and the consequence of getting their mortgage loan application rejected. The successful COE on July 17 sale to new buyers was achieved as a result of Jo Ann's perseverance. She handled it with professionalism. Always courteous and respectful, and prompt in responding to our questions. We appreciated all she had done. Regards.
