I`m a real estate broker who loves the mountain resort area and have lived in Lake Arrowhead since 1997. I have been self employed for over 29 years, my education is in business, trained in negotiation and hold a California real estate Broker`s license. I have the creativity, expertise and energy to help you buy or sell in any market! I have lived in the Lake Arrowhead area since 1997 and selling Lake Arrowhead homes since 2003. I have seen first-hand the market shift and have adjusted my focus from simply selling homes to helping homeowners, I have experience with bank owned listing, short sale transactions and enjoy the challenges of today`s market. Our History I joined the RE/MAX Franchise, as a new real estate agent, in 2003 and quickly became one of the Top 10 Producing real estate agents in the area. In 2009, when the Local RE/MAX Franchise closed, my husband and I purchased the RE/MAX franchise in Lake Arrowhead and the surrounding mountain communities. Quickly we realized how much we missed working with buyers and sellers and several years later, we sold the franchise and my husband & I decided to open our own Real Estate agency. We have independently continued selling real estate in Lake Arrowhead and formed The JoAnn Dickinson Group. As an experienced Real Estate Broker and now working independently with past clients, new clients we meet or many by referral, we have more freedom to work with our clients and selling more homes than ever before because of our reputation and outstanding customer service.
