Jo Ann is the kind of person everyone needs when they surely don't know a single thing about selling a house. She has been so patient and kind. Always makes you feel like you have known her for years. She answers every question so kindly and believe me i have had some. Our conversations are what would we of done with out her. We have been mourning our father and she eased the pain for us by making us feel comfortable with her selling his house.
