My husband had been casually looking for a waterfront home which was our dream for quite some time. The crime in our neighborhood was really bad. I would also look at websites and if I saw something, would drive to it and take pictures of them and show my husband. After a year of looking at many houses, we found our dream waterfront home less than a mile from where we lived. We have made it our home and JoAnn's patience was above and beyond. She then sold our old home. We became friends during the process and think the world of her.

She was knowledgeable, professional and quick to respond to communication! Always a smile in her voice and on her face too!
