Joann has helped us to buy two homes and sell one over the past 21 years. All three situations presented challenges including buying a home while living out of state and finding the perfect two family home. Her customer service is top notch. Her experience guided us through a very long search when we didn't know exactly what we wanted and through the contract (which was a FSBO) and home inspection phases.
