THE PROBLEMS JUST KEPT COMING. JOANN CONQUERED THEM ALL.

The house I was trying to sell had been backwashed by Hurricane Ian, resulting in the removal of drywall 4 ft above the floor and destruction ot all floor materials. Contents were a total loss, and while our flood insurance paid for the deconstruction, they refused to pay for the reconstruction. When that stage was close to done, JoAnn started her journey with me. I live in Michigan, so JoAnn was the contact person for everything happening. I had thought renovations were complete, but JoAnn found a number of areas that needed more work. Fortunately for me, she had a skilled handyman who could rectify many of the issues. She started holding open houses, only to discover a leak in the kitchen just before one of them. I had to replace the roof, and JoAnn helped me choose the color and shape of the shingles. But the old house paint did not look good with the new roof. JoAnn and I selected a silvery white and she secured the painters. The house looked really good in the photos JoAnn arranged to have done, and she restarted the open houses. The summer was over by then and the real estate market was very slow. It was January before we had any interest in the house, and in the meantime more problems cropped up. Trooper that she is, JoAnn once again stepped up to help resolve the issues. I can’t tell you how often I thanked God for JoAnn and JoAnn for her help. She worked miracles with the county to close a 3year old open permit. That involved installing new parts because code had changed in the interim. At these same time many of the electrical panel breakers blew out (probably from a power surge) and had to be replaced, but the garbage disposal and water heater were still not working. She got those resolved in the Knick of time before the closing. There were also sagas with the pool heater not working, fogged windows, a shower door sticking, and others I don’t want to recall. JoAnn saved me every time, professionally each time, with good humor and a minimum of fuss.

Wow, Ruth, just found and read this. Way too glowing, but just glad we worked it all out! Thank you! Only wish we could have gotten you $1,100,000 for the house!
