I wasn't sure if I could even afford to dream about buying my own house, but Joanie and her team of appraisers, mortgage originators, and contractors made this not only a good dream but THE BEST NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION EVER!!! She understood that I do not like carpet or vinyl siding, but having a great kitchen was so important to me that I didn't even look at what kind of closet space the master bedroom had when she showed me the house that we bought. And FYI, this was the second house she showed us, we didn't look anymore because she had our pulse down to such a great feel! I am so happy to have worked with her, I kind of feel sad that I won't ever need to again because I don't intend to move until my kids help me into a retirement village. But, if they need to sell the house and she's still in business, they will use her (or get written out of the will!)
