Joanie is definitely one of the best! Many years of experience, and it shows. Very knowledgeable of the market, great at looking at homes and pointing out both good things and potential issues. Extremely easy to work with. Available by phone and always quick to respond to messages. Listened to what I wanted and presented homes that met my requirements. She wanted me to be happy with the home that I would ultimately live in. Very positive and always professional. I highly recommend Joanie and she will be the only realtor that I will use in the future.
