We started working with Joan in May 2019. She taught our first time homebuyers class. She was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable! We liked that she was easy to talk to and able to ask as many questions as we wanted without feeling stupid. Joan works for Kip Harris Realty and the entire team had been so helpful and nice! The home hunt was easy and she had a lot of knowledge on what to look for based on our mortgage requirements. She worked great with our lender to get us into our new home on time and with NO problems and always there with a positive attitude! She’s very responsive and easy to get ahold of! We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor!! We would recommend Joan to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!
