Did you ever immediately get that feeling that someone is going to do right by you? Well, Joan Wennstrom is one of them. As an Estate sale with multigenerational owners we knew this sale was going to be a tough one. In spite of explaining to her potential issues, Joan rose to the occasion. She took control and handled this matter with true expertise and a gracious demeanor. Her knowledge of the particular area, and this property was impressive. She was always available, answered all questions and alleviated my concerns. When when we did hit a snag she was present & relentlessly and successfully problem solved.
