One of the Most Helpful Realtors
I've known Joan for a long time since I was a kid and she's always been a wonderful and nice person. Setting that aside and being completely objective, Joan was more than forthright in helping us get a home. If we didn't like the home that we viewed, she had something else for us to look for. She took us through a informational viewing on what things to look out for as a first time home buyer, and she was always clear with her communication on anything financial from what options to a down payment we could use to what things to be worried about in the near future. Joan is one of the most pleasant realtors I had help from in finding our home, and if I needed to buy another home after my first, she's the first person I'd go to.
