I met Joan at an open house of a condo that I was looking at. She was NOT pushy. She had me sign in and then followed up with me a few days later. A week or so later, she called again. I asked her if she would show properties to someone who was NOT yet approved, and she said yes. Thus this started our relationship as realtor/client. Eventually I did get pre-approved. Joan showed me condos and homes for 6+ months, as I tried to help me figure out what I liked and disliked, what size I wanted, where I wanted to be located, house or condo. She let me ask many questions and never made me feel dumb or stupid for asking so many. I was just trying to learn all I could about owning a home.
