Wonderful experience

Joan was great to work with even though we were difficult clients. We were selling the family home which was very hard and emotional for us. Joan was very kind and considerate. Our house was in an expensive zip code but needed lots of updating so it was worth less than we thought. Joan helped us work through accepting that. In the end, we were happy with what we received. She found us a snug condo with a gorgeous view of the bay and much less upkeep needed. We are very happy here. Thank you, Joan for your professionalism and very hard work selling our home!
