Joan took the bull by the horns and got our rental condo out there in the real estate world quickly. We wanted to sell it fully furnished and ready for a renter. She placed it on the market as soon as possible for realtor to see 1st. It wasn't long before we got a full price, cash offer. We were delighted. After the inspection was completed, there were 2 items requiring licensed contractors to address. One was an HVAC issue and the other a plumbing issue.
