I have known Joan for over 20 years. I bought my house from Joan (she was the seller's agent) back in 2009. She was great to work with and helped me tremendously since I didn't have a buyer's agent. So when I wanted to sell the same house, I knew whom to call. Joan and Emily made selling of my Newton home easy! They were easy to reach and helped me in every step of the process.
