Joan was an absolutely magnificent realtor and extremely helpful in helping my wife and I find our first house. Living locally for so many years, she has a great local knowledge of all the new and old neighborhoods in Columbia and Richmond county. My wife and I had a very specific idea of what we wanted in our first house and Joan was very understanding and NEVER got frustrated or aggressive in trying to push a house on us (which was our favorite thing about her). She also has great working relationships with other realtors, bankers, home inspectors, lawyers, and anyone you may need when purchasing a house. She always responded very promptly via text and email and answered any questions my wife and I had.
