Id probably own a whole neighborhood by now..... My Girlfriend and I were out looking at property and came across Joan's contact Info on a Realtor Sign.. we Called to get some info on the land... It turned out that we passed on that particular Lot but hired Joan to help us find "Our Slice of Paradise". Probably one of the Best choices we could have made. Not only did Joan help us find our Home but also hooked us up with an Awesome Mortgage Lender after my initial Choice for a lender turned out to be one of my more poorer Choices.
