Joan was AWESOME! Do yourself a favor and go with JOAN! She's a ROCK STAR! No matter what problem came about she was always there to help ease my mind that everything was going to be okay. And very quick to respond to all emails and phone calls. Joan makes you feel like she's on your side. I actually miss emailing her! My husband and I plan on keeping her on our Christmas card list forever! ?? She's one cool chic!
