Joan worked hard for me researching things before we even signed a contract. Even when she was out of town, true to her word, she never disconnected and got me a signed contract during this time away. Joan's experience helped me price my house correctly for a fast but fair sale. Her realtor's open house and clients' open house were over the top with free food and festivities- the second person through the door sent an offer. I left town for good and she did everything that needed done to close up my house for good. I can not say enough good things about her help. Experience and involvement matters!!
