Joan Ryder was a experience and very knowledgeable and a great realtor and super person.

I called Joan Ryder in April 2025 the interest rate was sky high everyone was putting there properties on the market Joan and her team did a great job putting everything together from inspection pictures social media everything was great when it went live a ton of views and people started the interaction. This home was the most viewed and shown property in it's zip code the house was a nice clean property with only 1 bathroom and no steps to go down in the basement inside that was the only kick back with the property. Joan kept a positive attitude with the showing and views still leading in my zip code and many houses on the market .Joan would stay in contact with me and she would suggest our next move and I never doubted her one time. Some people tried and wanted the property but things did not work in their favor. The time came and Joan advised me this was the best way to go we did. I left everything to Joan she took care of everything notified me each and every step of the way until the end. We met with everyone on Friday the last day of the month and settled. The end it was a long road but I did nothing and worried about nothing. In these time and days you can't find many to any people and companies to go above and beyond so you don't have to worry about that issue so you can concentrate on your business.
