Joan not only helped us find the perfect home from across the country (we were in CA shopping for a home in MD), but she also took the time to send us videos of the house, advised us on inspections, and checked in after we arrived! Even after we arrived, she helped us with a maintenance concern, saving us hundreds of dollars by advising us how to fix things ourselves. Throughout this experience, we have felt safe and supported as we've made one of the biggest purchases...our home. I couldn't ask for a more supportive, responsive realtor. It was like having a family member help us buy a home.
