Joan sold our home and we highly recommend her as her support, and positive personality, led to a fantastic experience. Joan met with us well before the home went on market and gave us good feedback in regards to what buyers were looking for and suggestions as to how we could prepare our house for sale. She continued to be very “hands on” and was present and involved during the assessment, inspection, closing etc. This was particularly helpful as we were out of state during part of the sales process and felt very comfortable knowing she was involved. Definitely recommend her and her team to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.
