Wonderful experience with Joan

We were trying to sell our parents’ home to maximize price but sell quickly. Joan was kind but also gave us frank advice given the state of the market and the condition of the home. She and her team managed everything for us. We separated out the personal belongings into items we wished to keep, and things for trash or to be donated. Then Joan’s team came in to take everything. She advised us on what work should be done to maximize foot traffic and sales price, then had estimates for the work, managed all of the contractors and staged the home beautifully. Through the process, she was so helpful and kind. The home looked amazing and sold the first weekend on the market for a great price. Joan made a difficult process as easy as possible with professionalism. Highly, highly recommend.
