I worked with Joan on my third home purchase, and my husband and I have never had such an amazing experience with a realtor. Joan went above and beyond to make sure that my husband and I had no issues buying a home from across the country. We were only available for a single weekend, and Joan ensured we saw every home on our list, and made sure we were moving in the right direction each step of the way. She and her team worked to ensure that we closed with zero issues- and we did not have to fly back to VA a single time! My husband and I hope that she stays in the industry for the next thirty years when we decide to sell our home!!
