Joan knows the Schodack/East Greenbush area and she listened to us.
Joan has been a realtor in our area for years and she knows our housing market. When staging our house she was reasonable and knew how to show its strengths. The photographer she works with did an outstanding job so our house looked great on line. Joan also listened to us as far as the price we wanted for our house.
