Joan and Natalie are by far the best team I have worked with in real estate. When I relocated to Salt Lake City in 2019 I was introduced to the Pate team to search for and buy my first home in the state. I have never worked with the best in an industry before, but boy did I learn what a HUGE, LIFE-CHANGING experience it is! We sold our tiny lil house in a day and a half with FIFTY-NINE different GROUPS, not just individuals, coming to see our house during the open house because Joan “texted all her friends” to let them know she was going a showing. I wish I were that well-loved by my peers! Apparently, other agents know not to sleep on Joan. The buyers wrote us a letter mentioning how much they loved Joan so, I think that says a lot! We beat out 28 other offers on the house we bought, including 5 other cash offers, in large part because the seller agent “had heard about Joan’s reputation and wanted to work with her,” and so he let us know we were too under on our offer (without being unethical of course.) We were protected at every turn by Joan and her wisdom. Beyond being the absolute best in the game, Joan is also a wonderful person. You can just tell she is a person of integrity and has a good heart. I can’t recommend her enough. I don’t care if your best friend is a real estate agent, you should still go with Joan. You’ll just be in better hands.
