We met with Joan in one of her open houses and quickly we knew she was going to be our agent. Our reason was that she tries to understand you and does not force you into anything. After all that time the only place we loved and made offer brought lots of troubles as it was a new construction and we were going to be the first one to live in Joan was handholding us through the process and she was on top of the developers to commit to terms we need from them And we managed! We are happily living in our own house now. I don't think we could do it alone and Joan's persistency made it possible to agree on good terms with developers.
