Joanie is a magnificent person who not only worked diligently for my Mother but she literally went above and beyond what her normal duties required. For the sake of sounding cliché, Joanie bent over backwards to make sure every single T was crossed and i was dotted and every letter in between. She made sure the correct information and correct sequence of events to unfold were clearly explained for my Mother. Unfortunately I was tied up with clinicals and work that I could not be there for her at times but Joanie made sure my Mother was never alone. That sat in my heart and my mind with peace. I had that gut feeling that my Mother was being well taken care of. She treated my Mother as if she was her own Mother. That speaks volumes! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Joanie, for your dedication and ambition to see my Mother through the difficult task of selling her home and seeing that she was well cared for. You are an angel.
