I came into the market with a bit of a complicated situation and no knowledge of what I was getting into, I had initially been looking for a rental when Joan brought to my knowledge that I would have no crazy issues buying and then we basically dove straight into looking at and through homes to try and get something that I liked, She would constantly send me houses and weed through the ones I didn't like and go to the homes that I did, She continuously went above and beyond what I expected because she worked super hard to get me into the home I wanted.
