Alicia was amazing in helping us to sell our Orange home. She took care of so many details and made the process a very good experience. Together with her realtor partner Joan Macalalad they got quotes and coordinated repairs with vendors and ensured the jobs were done on time and correctly. Alicia always kept us in the loop of all happenings and from her vast experience advised us on pricing and navigated the closing negotiations with buyers fairly and and with keen know how. I highly recommend her.
