Joan Lucas
Joan keeps you informed of what is happening at all times.
Joan is an excellent agent that will work for you and will answer any and all questions about what is happening at all stages of the process of buying and/or selling. She sold our home for us in Mesa and also was my agent in buying a property in Prescott Valley. Without her knowledge and negotiation skills we would not have gotten the deal that we received on both the selling of our home in Mesa and buying our home in Prescott Valley. Joan is easy going and extremely easy to communicate with, she is a true professional and we would definitely not hesitate to use her services again if needed. Thank you Joan! Shawn and Lucie.

Thank you so much, Shawn and Lucie, for your kind words and trust in my services! I'm delighted to hear that you felt well-informed throughout the process and honored that I could assist you with both selling your home in Mesa and purchasing your new one in Prescott Valley. It was a pleasure working with you both, and your ease in communication made the experience even more enjoyable. Knowing that my negotiation skills helped secure great deals for you means the world to me. I’m thrilled to have been part of your journey and am here for any future real estate needs you may have. Thank you once again!
