Joan was excellent to work with and very responsive. She was very methodical in prepping the house for the market, pointing out a lot of small nuances that would affect the sale price. She provided a lot of support during the entire process. I don't know if this is the new normal in real estate but I had never experienced this level of support from a Realtor in the past. She was very knowledgeable when developing a listing strategy but also listened to our point of view. We ended up with an outcome that went beyond my expectations and Joan remained engaged well after the transaction was completed. I highly recommend Joan and her team.
