We are so happy with Joanie and how much she helped us with the house buying process. We bought a new construction and she bent over backwards to show us progress, even on holidays and weekends when extended family was in town. We are also first time home buyers and she made sure to slow down and make sure we were understanding and comfortable with the process. On our closing day, she put a special touch with the front door matt, flowers, and personal card.
