I cannot say enough about our experience with Joan Lamond. She really went above and beyond with her guidance through the sale of my parents home. Her attention to detail and knowledge along with her responsiveness and availability set her apart. Joan brought a professionalism and knowledge along with her love of helping people each time with met with her. And in the end her negotiations skills, and frequent updates lead us to the successful sale of our parents home. I would go out of my way to work with Joan again.
