Joan is a top notch agent. She helped to manage the project of getting updates completed and all the coordination of the usual staging, photographers, inspectors, cleaners, landscapers, etc. We moved out of state in the midst of the Covid pandemic, leaving our home and it's sale entirely in Joan's hands. She came through with tackling the many legal changes in the safe showing of the property and came through with multiple offers, one well over asking in just 10 days, for a property with some challenges for buyers in terms of site steepness and forested yards.
